Peach Pass Keep Moving.

Transit Toll Credits Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much are the incentives for pilot program? How many credits can I earn?

A: You can earn $2.00 per Qualified Trip up to 5 Qualified Trips per month.  A maximum of $10 per month can be earned by a single Peach Pass customer per Peach Pass account.  A maximum $60 can be earned per Peach Pass account for the initial 6-month trial period.

Q:  When does the registration period start and end for this pilot project?

A:  Online registration for the Ride Transit – Earn Toll Credits Pilot Project started on Friday, March 13, 2015 and will end on April 30, 2015.

Q: How do I get the toll credits?

A: After you complete the online registration form and provide your Peach Pass transponder and either your Breeze or Xpress Pass serial number, we will handle the rest! All you have to do is ride transit instead of driving in your car during rush hours (AM – 5:30am – 10:00am; PM – 3:00pm – 7:00pm) and with your Breeze Card or Xpress Pass information, we will monitor your activity and automatically credit your Peach Pass personal toll account with credits monthly. Credits earned will be applied to your Peach Pass Personal Toll account by 20th of the following month. (i.e., credits in April will be applied by the 20th of May and so on).  If your transit pass expires, you will have to complete the online registration form and enter your new transit pass serial number or call the Peach Pass Customer Service Center at 1-855-PCH-PASS (724-7277). We encourage you to save the online registration from in your “favorites.”

Q:  Once I register for the program online, when can I start riding transit and earning toll credits?
