A New Peach Pass GO! App & Website
Get Ready for an Even Peachier Experience — Coming Soon!
What to know before you’re all set to go!
To start:
- Customers need to uninstall Peach Pass GO! 2.0 and install the new Peach Pass GO! app to access account management from their mobile device.
- Account usernames and passwords will be transferred, and customers can continue to use their existing login credentials, including their existing Peach Pass PIN.
- If a customer has multiple accounts, separate logins with separate usernames need to be created for each account.
- New customers are required to have an email address to open accounts.
- A debit card or credit card must be on file to set up automatic account replenishment; a bank account may not be used.
- Based on usage totals, the automatic replenishment amount will be charged quarterly to the designated card. Customers may opt out of this feature, if desired.
- Manual online payments (clicking “make a payment” versus scheduled, automatic payments) will only be allowed for accounts when the payment amount is sufficient to bring the account back into good standing – to the threshold amount – or when the payment exceeds the threshold amount.
- The new mobile app will be used for account services only and will no longer offer the non-toll-mode declaration option for carpoolers. Peach Pass Customers who carpool along the I-85 Express and I-85 Extension Express Lanes will need to download the new Peach Pass Verify Mobile App from the Apple Store and/or Google Play Store to claim free toll benefits. Starting December 2nd, Peach Pass Verify will be the only way for Peach Pass Customers to claim carpool benefits.
