Peach Pass has launched the new and improved MyPeachPass.com website and Peach Pass GO! mobile app. The upgraded Peach Pass experience begins with enhanced digital tools, modernized functions, and simpler account management. The new systems make it easier than ever for customers to access their Peach Pass information and drive in Georgia’s Express Lanes.
Upgraded Peach Pass GO! mobile app features include:
- Intuitive Peach Pass account management
- Enhanced chat and support features
- Easy-to-use payment and violation management solutions
- Automated verification of qualified Alternative Fuel Vehicles and motorcycle vehicles with a simpler registration process
- Enabling customers to opt in to use their phone’s biometric login features, such as Apple’s facial recognition
Important Mobile App Changes Customers Should Know
- The new, upgraded Peach Pass Go! mobile app is a full app replacement and not an upgrade to the existing Peach Pass Go! 2.0 mobile app. Customers must download the new Peach Pass Go! mobile app to manage their account on the go!
- The new Peach Pass Go! mobile app under our upgraded system offers account services only. Peach Pass Customers who carpool along the I-85 and I-85 Extension Express Lanes should download the new Peach Pass Verify mobile app from the Apple and/or Google Play stores to claim free toll carpool benefits. Customers can begin using this new, convenient way to ride toll-free on the I-85 Express Lanes for vehicles with three or more passengers.
- Peach Pass Verify does not apply to Peach Pass customers with registered Alternative Fuel Vehicles (AFVs) or motorcycles, which require a different method to qualify to ride toll-free in the I-85 and I-85 Extension Express Lanes.
- A link to the map of real-time toll rates can be found on the Peach Pass Go! mobile app Help & Support section of the menu at the top right of the screen.
Peach Pass will continue to make enhancements to the new Peach Pass GO! mobile app over time.
The new MyPeachPass.com website will offer many of the same improved functions as the new app in a mobile-device-friendly format.

What to Know Before You Access Your Account
- Account usernames and passwords will be transferred, and customers can continue to use their existing login credentials, including their existing Peach Pass PIN.
- If a customer has multiple accounts, separate emails must be created for each account.
- New customers are required to provide a valid email address to open accounts.
- A debit card or credit card must be on file to set up automatic account replenishment; a bank account may not be used.
- To reduce the number of automatic replenishments and credit card rebills, automatic replenishment amounts will be calculated dynamically based on the monthly average tolls paid. Customers may opt out of this feature, if desired.
- Manual, one-time online payments (clicking “make a payment” versus automatic replenishments) will only be allowed for accounts when the payment amount is sufficient to bring the account back into good standing and fund the account to the replenishment amount (this is typically $20) – or when the payment will result in an available balance over the replenishment amount.

Yes, after you enter your email and password to log in to the Peach Pass GO! mobile app, turn on “Biometrics Recognition” in 3 easy steps:
- Click “My Account”
- Click “Account Preferences”
- Scroll down and turn on “Biometrics Recognition” and Save.
When you log in the next time, click the Biometrics Recognition icon for Apple or Android as shown below to log in and save this feature.
What if I have trouble using the biometric (Facial ID/Fingerprint) feature?
- For Apple iOS, if FaceID still doesn’t work, go to iPhone settings, Apps, Peach Pass Go!, and ensure that FaceID is On.
- For Android, if biometrics still does not work, go to settings > security & privacy >Biometrics to enable/disable.
How can I update or change the credit card on my account?

Why don’t the customer satisfaction surveys for chat and phone call interactions reflect the name of the agent that is interacting with me?
The customer satisfaction survey will only refer to the “customer service representative” and not the agent interacted with by name. Where can I find my annual statement for my Peach Pass account on the new My Peach Pass website or the Peach Pass GO! mobile app?
The Annual Statements are not currently available for Peach Pass accounts. Customers may generate a custom statement or access monthly statements with the same information from their account on mypeachpass.com. Please note when this statement is generated, the date displayed on the statement is the date the trip occurred on the associated Express Lanes and not the date it was posted to your account.
What time zone does my transaction date/time display when I submit an inquiry from the “Account Activities” page on the Peach Pass GO! mobile app?
The date/time logged is shown in Eastern Time, even if the inquiry was submitted in another time zone.
